Rental Rates for the War Memorial Building

• Food service (meals, receptions, etc.) requires a minimum 4-hour rental.

• Kitchen use add on: $65.

• Wedding parties (ceremonies, receptions, etc.) will have dedicated use of the entire building. Full day rental is $750 and includes both rooms and kitchen.

• Due to increased costs of heating and cooling the building, event organizers who leave the front doors open will be assessed an additional $10 an hour.

• Service clubs and organizations (such as churches) receive a 50% discount.

• Frequent users receive a 25% discount on consecutive-day usage or events occurring within a 12-month period. The first-time usage, however, is 100%.

• Security deposits ARE required of most events and are totally refundable after the event IF the building has been properly used and cleaned. (See User Checklist).

If a deposit is required, please include it with rental check.

The renter agrees to the following restrictions

• Limit the total number of people attending your event at any one time to 100 on the 1st floor & 120 on the 2nd floor.
• Do not fasten or lean anything against the walls, woodwork, windows or drapes.
• Do not move tables, chairs or coat racks between floors.
• Alcoholic beverages are NOT allowed unless
  1. An alcohol addendum to the lease is approved and,
  2. An additional security deposit of $150.00 is paid.
• All users of the upstairs room MUST provide a monitor downstairs inside front doors of building to screen out people who are NOT part of their event.
